1. Terms of Use

1.1 About Bzipi

Bzipi is an online classifieds platform where individuals and businesses can post and browse ads. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not own, inspect or guarantee any item or service listed.

1.2 Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure.
• You can register as an Individual or as an Agency / Business. Paid memberships are intended for agencies and businesses; individuals can post ads and buy optional boosts for them.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

1.3 Posting ads

• You are responsible for the content of your ads, including text, photos, prices and contact details.
• All ads must follow the Community Guidelines below. Ads may be reviewed before they go live.
• By posting, you allow us to display your ad on Bzipi and in related promotion of the website.

1.4 Payments, memberships and boosts

• Prices for memberships and ad boosts (such as Featured, Sponsored or Homepage placement) are shown before you pay.
• Boosts apply only to the ad they were purchased for and run for the period shown at checkout.
• If an ad is removed for breaking these terms, any boost on it is not refunded.

1.5 Dealing with other users

Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly. Meet in safe public places, check items before paying, and never send money to someone you have not verified. Bzipi is not responsible for any loss arising from a transaction between users.

1.6 Removing content and accounts

We may edit, refuse or remove any ad, and suspend or close any account, that breaks these terms or that we believe puts users at risk.

1.7 Liability

Bzipi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the accuracy of ads posted by users.

1.8 Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1.9 Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Bzipi after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. Community Guidelines

To keep Bzipi safe and useful for everyone, please follow these rules when posting ads.

Allowed

• Legal items and services
• Honest descriptions and real photos
• Fair prices
• Local and genuine offers

Not allowed

• Illegal products or services
• Scams, fraud or misleading information
• Adult or sexual content
• Weapons, drugs or counterfeit goods
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Stolen items
• Duplicate or spam listings

Posting rules

• Use a clear and accurate title
• Upload real photos of the item or service
• Choose the correct category
• One item or service per listing
• Be respectful when communicating with other users

We may remove any listings that break these rules, and in serious cases suspend or ban the account.

3. Advertiser Policy

To protect the trust of our users and the integrity of our community, all advertising on Bzipi, including display ads and paid boosts, is subject to the following rules.

Prohibited content

• Illegal products or services
• Adult or sexual content
• Scams, misleading claims or “get rich quick” schemes
• Weapons, drugs or counterfeit goods
• Hate speech, discrimination or offensive material
• Anything that could harm the reputation or safety of our users

Ad approval

• All display advertisements require manual approval before going live.
• We may reject or remove any advertisement at our discretion, and will let advertisers know if their creative is rejected.

Ad quality standards

• Ads must be clear, professional and accurately represent the product or service.
• Landing pages must match the promise made in the advertisement.
• Excessive animation, flashing or aggressive designs are not allowed.

Labeling

All paid advertisements are clearly marked as “Sponsored” or “Ad” so users can tell them apart from regular listings.
